as per 6th CPC there is no provision for merger of DA exceeding. such merger of DA provision was existed as per 5th CPC when such existing provision beneficial to staff was removed in 6th CPC why the central govt staff has not objected to it. was it not a serious lapse from staff association. Association should take enough care in future especially whenever provision benefit to staff is removed
ReplyDeleteIthink 7th cpc will think over increment on yearly pension or hike in basic pension from 61yrs of age
ReplyDeleteAll the associations of each and every central govt. dept. failed miserably in not racking up this during the implementation of 6th CPC. Now shouting from roof top would not be of any helpf
ReplyDeletelet us learn from past mistakes and do the correction course. Now it is time for collective bargaining. It is the best time our pleas will be heard by the government, because of the middle class upsurge as "aam admi" which is almost exclusively supported by the ever neglected govt employees. Now the message have already been made clear:" give ears to our voice or get bundled out".
ReplyDeleteNow our legitimate demand befor the 7th cpc would be pay hike equivalent to a factor which is the product of multiplication of DA as on date of implementation and accumulated gdp growth of the 10 year period. As a presumption, on 01/01/2016 this would be 2.35(DAwill be approx.135%) x1.7(average 7% annual gdp growth)=3.995,approx: 4. Hence the pay should be increased by a multiplication factor of 4.
