Sir,

I am directed to invite your kind attention to this office letter of even number dated 9-7-2013 regarding conduction of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the cadre of Postmaster Grade I 2013 to be held on 21-7-2013.

2.This examination was conducted on 21-7-2013 in Shimla Centre of your circle. The Competent Authority ordered to display the provisional keys for Paper I and Paper II of the above said examination in the departmental web site for open scrutiny, before they are adopted in the above examination within 15 days from the date of display in the web site to DE section. No representation received after the deadline will be entertained . The comments/feedback should be based on rules and instructions on the subject, but not on their own interpretation.

3.The Keys for all the series of Paper I and II are sent to CEPT Mysore for displaying them in the India post web site for a period of fortnight for the information of the participants of the above examination..

4.The contents of this letter may be given wide circulation amongst the participants PM Grade I examination 2013

5.This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
