OFFICE ORDER
A committee of the following members is hereby constituted to examine the proposals received from various agencies who are providing medical claim facilities/Health Insurance Scheme to the Group of employees of KVS:-

The Committee will deliberate on all the issues relating to mediclaim facilities / Health Insurance Scheme for the KVS employees and submit the recommendation on each proposal to the Commissioner.
This issues with the approval of Commissioner KVS.
