I would like to bring the following facts &  It would be in the interest of all the employees & professional engineers working in the different central govt establishments , if  the following demands can be -re-examined  for consideration  .

1.) Professional allowance fpr Engineers at different levels.

2.) Out station allowances for the all central employees working in other than their native states.

3.) DA merger after attaining 50% DA with the Basic pay or the Interim relief soon after reaching 50% DA.

4.) Anomalies if any should be sorted out before its (Pay Revision) final announcement in consultation with the JCM/trade unions/representatives concerned.

5.) Pay commissions once in every 05 years.

6.) An hike in 25% in allowances after reaching 50% DA shud also include the transport allowance (Erst while CCA ) as well in addition to other allowances.

7.)Weightage in pay scales for entrants at entry levels as well as lateral entry levels needs attention.

    In Ordnance Factories Organisation
    1.with 6cpc the group B and C cadre are very much sufferer due to merging of various cadre.
    e.g scale of Rs.5000,Rs.5500 are merged and upgrade to Rs.6500 but fixation are not done as per Rs6500. as well as Rs.6500 and Rs.7450 are merged and upgrade to Rs.7450 but fixation are not done as per Rs.7450.
    2.MACP are granted as per garde pay herierchy with 6th CPC whereas in 5th CPC ACP are Granted as per PROMTIONAL HERIERCHY. SO in 7th CPC MACP must be granted as per promotional herierchy.
    3.So in 7th CPC ,In ORDNANCE FACTORY ORGANISATION of DEFENCE PRODUCTION the cadre of CHARGEMAN are tobe getted the pay package grade pay Rs.4800/-PBII and JWM(JUNIOR WORKS MANAGER) are tobe getted grade pay of Rs5400/- PBIII.
    these two cadre are back bone of ORDNANCE FACTORY and due to merging the promotional avenues are totally finished due to merging due to stagnation of strength.
    from all the cadres of chargeman and JWM of ORDNANCE FACTORIES.
